Both models include the cylinder, built-in heat pump, back-up electric element and 24 months of enthalvia whole-appliance cover, parts and labour. Your installer will check capacity and siting for your home.

Every option covers the whole appliance, parts and labour. The term shown includes the first two years from installation.

Care extension prices are set by your merchant or installer. Compare the cover and benefits. Ask for the full terms with your quotation.

03 / Your project

A clear price for the complete job.

  • Product and cover: the exact model, supplied accessories and Care option.
  • Installation: a separate allowance for labour, plumbing, electrical work, ducting and commissioning where needed.
  • Total price: VAT treatment, delivery charges and any exclusions stated before you order.
  • Availability: a confirmed delivery estimate, rather than a stock promise.
