How we handle your information.

This notice explains what personal information ENTHALVIA LTD collects through this website and by email, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

ENTHALVIA LTD, registered in England and Wales, company 17421090, registered office 45 Muirfield, Swindon SN25 2DD. We are the controller of the personal information described here. Contact us about privacy at info@enthalvia.com.

What this website collects

The enquiry form collects the contact details, company or project information, selected model, Care option, quantity and message you choose to submit. We store these in our private enquiry system with a reference, enquiry status and follow-up notes. Please do not include sensitive personal information. We do not use advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Our hosting platform may process technical information, such as IP address and browser details, to deliver and secure the site. The form uses a short-lived hashed identifier to limit abusive submissions. Staff sign-in uses essential authentication technologies.

What we receive when you email us

If you email us, we receive your name, email address and anything you include, such as your postcode, phone number, company details or information about your home or project.

Why we use it

  • To answer your enquiry and keep a record of our correspondence.
  • To assess and manage trade partner applications.
  • Where you ask to be put in touch with a partner installer, to pass your details to a partner who covers your area. We tell you who the partner is and only share your details with your agreement.

Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who else handles it

Our email is provided by Titan, through our domain provider. This website and its enquiry database are hosted through ChatGPT Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. These providers process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services. Some of them may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and for up to two years afterwards, unless we need it for longer because of a contract or a legal obligation.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy in a portable format. Email info@enthalvia.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
